• IMHOTEP was an Egyptian doctor, philosopher and architect (Memfis Third
  Millennium bC.), whose existence is documented as being between 2778 and 2600 bC. He lived during the reign of the Pharaoh Djoser I (2680 bC.),
  designed and directed the building of the Saqqará pyramid in a stepped form.
  He was later deified and venerated by the Egyptians as the god of medicine
  and the Greeks identified him with Asclepides.
  

In the sixties and seventies, a significant and important scientific development of the FU XI and WEN WANG drawings was carried out by Dr. Maurice Mussat (Paris), who has a Diploma in Electro Radiology from the Faculty of Medicine in Paris and was Vice Chairman of the French Acupuncture Association and professor at the Institute of Acupuncture in France.
Dr. M. Mussat described the direct relationship between the trigrams of the two equations and the acupuncture meridia, and developed a technique by which, using a protocol based on the two drawings, acupuncture diagnosis may be made to discover the meridia and the points to be treated in each specific case. He called the work "The Energy of living structures," a kind of quantic acupuncture that gives excellent results.
Among other developments on the same theme, Dr. Mussat used the FU XI equation to demonstrate how it contained the keys to the development of biochemistry through gravitations applied to the electromagnetic corollary of the atom, using the various elements correctly distributed throughout the eight trigrams, as previously described here.
Dr. Mussat has published several books on his developments.

I have not had the chance to meet Dr. M. Mussat in person, however, at the beginning of the eighties in Barcelona, for three academic years I worked with a group of acupuncture professionals on his work. We used his publications to study his kind of acupuncture developed from the referred equations, and I used his technique for several years, obtaining magnificent results. This enabled me to reflect on the significance of his developments, and I reached the conclusion that living beings are not only made up of biochemical structures, the energy channels or acupuncture meridia and their points or areas of bio-energy exchange between an individual and his Cosmo Universal surroundings, but that there had to be something of greater importance that could define the living being in a more complete manner; a mechanism, being or bio-energy force that might be the cause of all imbalances or psychosomatic errors constantly affecting the existence of living beings. This mechanism had also to represent the regenerative system; and this is how Quantum Hologramic Bio-Cybernetics was conceived.

Based on the developments of Dr. Mussat and the knowledge and experience gained in the use of his developments and in my parallel work, I reached the conclusion that the FU XI and WEN WANG equations were indeed a kind of information that could be developed for practical use. At the same time, and among other aspects, I realized that the trigrams also represented the elements of the atom (protons, neutrons and electrons plus the neutrinos) as well as the sub-particles (quarks and leptons) and, most significantly of all, that the monograms represented the "strings" appearing in the definition that particle physicists make of the fundamental particles. The "strings" are frequencies, and the frequencies manifest themselves as form waves which, when duly developed, become the analogical bio-information, Quantum Hologramic Bio-Cybernetics.
