The drawing to the left is the Klein curve drawn on a euclid plane (drawing by F. Klein). To the right, the Klein curve on the “plane” defined by the finite body of 8 elements. This “plane” only contains 8x8=64 points. The number of points on the Klein curve is 24 and they enable an efficient error corrector code to be achieved that transforms words of 3 characters into words of 24. (drawing by I. Duursma).
